The new product we received is called the Up!™ Dress It Up!™ Neck Tie Teaser Ring™. The Neck Tie Teaser Ring™ is a new stretchy and comfortable penis ring, or cock ring, that comes with a removable vibrating bullet that is 2 ½ inches long. The ring diameter is 1 inch. For those of you that don’t know, a penis ring is often used to make an erect penis harder, to maintain an erection and to delay orgasm. Penis rings work by constricting blood flow, keeping blood in the shaft of the penis. The Neck Tie Teaser Ring™ provides support for you as well as stimulation for you and your partner!

Now, here’s a little PSA for you regarding safety when using any penis ring. It’s important for men to take off a penis ring at the first sign of pain or discomfort.
