Shipping Information

Booklets are shipped as Priority Mail (Flat Rate) with delivery confirmation via U.S. Postal Service to anywhere in the United States.  You will receive your books in approximately 7 to 14 days.

 

Return Policy:

Booklets may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date you received your order. First, contact Drs. Chuck and
Jo-Ann Bird at 813-361-4552, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, within 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return authorization. Shipping and return shipping are not refunded. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all returned items. Used booklets will not be refundable. Please allow three weeks from the time we have received the return to process your refund.
